Cyndi, born and raised in Cincinnati, Cyndi began her career with Mellott after graduating from the University of Cincinnati.
She was promoted to Partner in June 2020 and brings nearly two decades of experience serving not-for-profit organizations, closely held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Over the past several years, her professional focus has centered on accounting and auditing services for both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. In January 2026, Cyndi was named Head of the Accounting & Auditing Department, where she provides leadership and strategic oversight to the firm's assurance practice.
Cyndi is passionate about using her accounting expertise to give back to the community and regularly volunteers her time with various not-for-profit organizations.
Outside of work, family comes first. She can often be found cheering on her son at the baseball field and golf course or her daughter on the softball field. When she's not at a game or golf match, Cyndi enjoys golfing with her husband and taking walks with their dogs at local parks.
